How do I return the product that I bought from Irukajirushi?

Is it possible to exchange the product for my order rather than returning the funds?
If you want to exchange a product that has been purchased in another color or size, we beg you to return the product purchased, and then you can place a new order for the desired product. We will process the refund within 3-5 business days
Can I exchange a defective product?
